imporing workspace and location of script files

I am new user to Photoshop CS5 and I have come across tutorial to import preset workspace.
How do I import 3rd party wokspace in photoshop cs5 ? as I do not see under "edit" menu option for import.
Secondly where the script files are stored? Likewise other type of files.

Photoshop workspaces are stored as .XML files in your Workspaces folder located in your user library. Just copy and paste the new file into the folder. It should appear the next time you open Photoshop.
