Ok gang my daughter as asked me to print of a image of her and her sisters - she's going to redraw over it with thick pencils (just an idea shes had).
My question is this, how do i or can i make four separate proportional images of the one big one for print of on A4, so it would be four quarters re assembled as the one big original?

use your guide lines devide canvas into 4

Yeah thanks iDAD sorted it now, just forgot how to do it, she's sorted now looks really nice blown up shes happy.

Without divide canvas it's possible another way. Not mandatory every image size should be same, can do it with different size.

1. Save it as a pdf, and then print it using either Adobe Acrobat Pro or Adobe Reader. One of the printing options is called, "Poster", and it tiles pages nicely with lots of options for bleed, overlap, etc.

2. Lightroom 4 has extensive printing capabilities. I'm pretty sure it has a Poster option / template.
