image mixing help

Hello Gurus,

Can anyone help me how to mix images as in the below header?

In the header they mix image with yellow background.

Can you please show me steps how to make this type of effect?

Use the lasso tool to select elements from individual photos... you may want to feather the edge 2-6 pixels.
As you paste each image into a new document use layer effects to create the drop shadow.
If you need to fade one image into another use a layer mask.
