How do I make picture like this pie on the top of this page and muffin on the bottom for example: (I cannot post links, so here it is: (www proverstka ru)

It looks like drawn thing, but I thing it was made from photo. How do I achieve smooth and nice looking picture like this from an existing picture?

What type of effects I need to apply?

Those are just photographs.

If you wanted to do something like that in photoshop it would take a lot of talent.

Hi there! In order to get that nice smooth look you want you are going to have to take some pictures of whatever it is you want. Open these pictures in photoshop or whatever editing program you prefer. Cut out the images. Then apply a Drop Shadow Layer Effect to the cut out images in the direction opposite your preferred source of light.
In the example there is a picture of a cupcake with a shadow on the bottom(as if it is sitting on a table some other flat surface). You can do this many ways but the easiest for you would be to select the Paint Brush Tool with Black as your Foreground Color. Lower the Brush Opacity and paint in the shadow onto a new layer that is below the cut out picture (this takes practice but not impossible).
This is just one of countless methods. There are many roads to Rome as they say.
