Image cut off in CS3

The problem I'm having is with image cut off. I'm using an iMAC, OS X 10.5.8, printing on 8.5" X 11" luster paper, using the sheet fed boarderless setting, on an Epson 2200. When I lay the image into the layout the print consistently prints a slightly cropped image, about an eighth inch on the left and right sides. The print window displays the full image as does the print preview window. The image size is width 2554 pixels, height 851 pixels, 180 dpi. I've have printed (print window settings) with Center Image checked, Scale to Fit Media checked, show bounding Box checked and every conceivable combination of checked and unchecked boxes including all checked and all unchecked. Any ideas of different settings or any ideas at all? Thanks, Bruce
