Image coloring and changing a bit [if its not too hard for free please]

So i have an image [anime character boy] already drawn but i'ts drawn with a pencil and i need someone to colour it and add some things. if you could for free.
I need the hair to be light brown, the sweather orange, the sweathers sleaves green, jeans blue, shoes dark brown, and id like if you removed the D and replaced it with an A [also green] and add black glasses to him.

I'd like to use this image for my youtube channel.

If you don't have Photoshop download Gimp, a free program and we'll walk you through it.
