YouTube tutorials are the best way to learn. I'd recommend searching for videos about the individual tools, layer fx, blend modes, and layer adjustments. If you tell me what your reasons for learning Photoshop (photo retouching, graphical design, digital art etc.) I can recommend some more specific starter points for you.
