Nice sigs you got there. Being an exmusician I like the Hendrix one. 2,4&7 are great.

4. Just got to say Ironman lighting looks great - the back and the chest.
5. Dust shoting out effect looks great.

Yes I mostly have a hard time figuring out what to do with the text :D
I often feel that a sig doesn't need it or shouldn't have it, but still feel obligated to put my name in somewhere....
Hope to learn here how to get that going with the flow more :)
 
Great images mate, and yeah text/fonts are the problem for me also.

Yeah, sometimes it's really tough to come up with something.

And I do think signatures should have text, not necessary a super typography concept but something saying what the sig is about. :) I started with doing basketball wallpapers and that will force you to work on text ;) Try, maybe you will like it too and find it useful.

I might give it a shot, with football instead of basketball though ;)

Yeah man, whichever sports you love. That makes it easier and gives some inspiration :) I used to frequent forum West Coast Remix and they had amazing guys there!!! Sadly they are closed. but you can still find some of their work I think..

Some of my older stuff is here: Oranzinukas's deviantART Gallery no longer use that account but one basketball wallpaper is there, others stayed on the forum :)
