Im about to give up on this picture...help!!!!

Im new with this. i can do a few things here and there but i have this one picture of myself that i like a lot but the problem is the picture has streaks/strobes showing and i have no idea how to fix it and make it more none-visbale. help guys. i do want to fix it badly but not mess with the color of the picture but idk :( im just not good at this.

yes the stamp tool can make it disappear. But you need to spend some time learning to use the stamp tool. It is the best tool in photoshop according to me.

OP: Not to be practical, but if all you want is a clear picture of yourself, what's stopping you from just cleaning the mirror and then taking the picture again? That will probably take you less than a minute, whereas you are essentially asking people on this forum to spend many, many times as long for each of them to try to fix a botched version using PS. Besides, a 'shopped version will never be as good as if you started out with a good clean shot.

After all, it's not like this is a photo of an Elvis sighting that is never going to ever happen again. ;-)

PS - BTW, someone should tweak the color. It's too red.
