Newbie here.
Question about selecting an already-used color in Illustrator.
If I have, for example, a circle, and I want to fill it with a gradient, I open up the color palette, choose a color, drag it into the gradient slider. I want my next color to be a little bit lighter, so I re-open the color palette, but it resets/defaults to white (I think).
I'm just wondering if there is a way around this.
Hope I'm explaining this properly.
