Well, for one you could have prob put some texture back in under the eye. I'm not for sure but it looks like you used the clone stamp tool. You could use the healing brush tool, or even the patch tool, and take texture from one part of the face and replace the blurred area with that. Secondly, under the eyes you removed the lines that gave him character. I mean you want too remove some things, but not everything should be removed. Some wrinkles just shows face gestures. For example, he may be smiling thus causing the face to wrinkle around from the nose to around the mouth. Those then shouldn't be removed, or even if someone is wincing to try to see something in a distance or something like that. These give the person, personality.

Thanks carson for the tips. I do agree with you i think remove a bit to much of his eyes. The only tools i was really using was the clone stamp and the patch tools. I never thought about the Healing brush tool. If you have anymore advice please feel free to say them because i would like to improve at this :)

Good work guys. Now come up with a way to get rid of the fat lip and bingo, lol. A little liquify, clone tool, fancy foot - ehr - brushwork . . .

maybe adjust the levels, colors for quality..liquify the right eye..besides for a starter you are good compare to me..
