Maybe more details would be helpful.

IE what kind of design

what is the purpose of the design is it a 1 off shirt or to be sold to multiple people

is it personal design or a band logo etc

the more you tell us the more your likely to get a response

You do not walk into a restaurant and say I need food and expect the server to know exactly what your appetite desires do you.
