I Need Some Help with a Book Cover

Hi, the thing is I just finished reading a book and when I went to Wikipedia looking for more information, I found out the article was incomplete and it didn't even had the first edition cover of the novel in it. I searched for it everywhere but I couldn't find it. All I have is this photo of the cover:
Brotherhood.jpg
Obviously I can't post this in a Wikipedia article. I would need it look like the front cover was scanned, like this:

I don't know if this is even possible since I'm less than a newbie on photoshop but if you could help me I'd be very grateful. Thanks in advance.

There are tons of those out there do an image search on Google

What is your timeline on this? My PC, complete with Photoshop, is in the shop for a few weeks. I might be able to fire up my 12 year old iMac and mouse that barely works (anybody have a 10 year old apple mouse they wanna lose?), but . . . I could give it a try after Christmas if you like.

There's no rush, do it when you have the time. Thanks a lot.

For the life of me i don't understand why you never squared up the camera in relation to the book cover instead of supplying another off centre/angled image for us to then try and remake as a flat squared image.
Skew tool and then cropped.

That was a much better photo to work with. I'd say Paul did a good job for you.

If you need it in a larger format, I can do that for you when I get my Photoshop back.

Thanks a lot! I didn't take the photos, I just found them on ebay and amazon articles.
