Comment en suggestions please?

The assingment was, make skin look unreal.
I'm kind of stuck now.. dont really now if i should add anything..

I threw something together as a suggestion - you can run with it. Just added the plastic wrap filter and a little color to just the skin.

You could do something like this:

I like that! It reminds me of Ralph Feinnes' character in Red Dragon (minus the wound) I was going to suggest maybe some blood and tissue effect around the wound. Just an idea though.
