i need help


1. To reproduce the grainy effect I had to search for a similar pic.
I reduced the size to match your posted image size.

2. With the noise filter I added noise.

3. This is the result with noise.
The glossy effect on the girls face and the tears is probably done with make-up before the photoshooting.

Last month I sent a friend of mine a home made Film Grain Overlay made with my Fujifilm GFX. He told me that the results were nice because of the shape of the grain simulated by Fujifilm ACROS.
He uses it as a FGO (Film Grain Overlay) with the Photoshop blend mode "Soft Light". If you want to try it, I can upload this file again (8256 x 6192 px) for you.
But an exemple before :
