I need help with this particular selection

Hi again.

My question is made of two parts: The first one, would anyone please be willing to help me with the selection of the woman from this comic book panel here?

I'm having a lot of trouble with her hair, because it's so well drawn. Whenever I try to extract it, I get lots of blue haloing.

Any fix around it?

Second of all, could anyone point me to any tutorials that may help with complicated extractions like this?

BTW, the red square on the picture is me highlighting the part I had the most trouble with.
