I would appreciate it if anyone can help me how to make the bubbles and the stars. im new to adobe photoshop. thanks

pretty easy actually.

- using "pen tool" to draw the shapes

- also using the "custom shape" tool to help you whit basic shapes

- use "gradients" to fill the shapes other ways use any color you want, then use dodge tool to increase lightness on places where the color should be brighter

Whit the pen tool, you can draw any shape in no time, the only thing is you need some practice using the tool, sometimes can be tricky but whit practice you will be mastering this tool right away.
