3D I need help quick!

Every time I try to create a 3D Extrusion on my layer it always says this(view attachment). What should I do? it just started happening recently, and it works on letters but not on objects like a basketball I wanted to make. Any help? Thanks in advance.

Hi NBAmix,

I'm a bit confused (which is not hard) the image you posted is the preferences panel. Are you saying Ps throws this up like a warning window when you try to perform 3D extrusions?
