I need help cutting this image

I need to cut out the Texans Player #19 out of this picture, I've tried all the techniques I know how to do, but cant get it right. Could someone PLEASE cut this out for me? Any help would be very much appreciated!

I gave it a try, since i got some time to spare.


It's not perfect, but I Hope this is what you need.

By the way, if you are not yet able to use PS tools like the pen tool, selections or refine edge in order to extract objects from pictures, just keep trying eventually you'll get there, i know this is one of the hardest techniques to learn but whit time, practice and patience, I'm pretty sure anyone will develop good extracting skills.
