I lost my Eliptical Marqee tool

[Under the Palms]

OK, I'm not exactly new, but somehow I lost my Eliptical Marqee tool, the circle, all I have is the square, I went therough the help, tried just about everything I could find, can't get it back.

Can anyone walk me through it? I even uninstalled PS, and reinstalled it, still no Eliptical??

I'm REALLY stuck without it

Try right-clicking on the Rectangular Marquee tool and menu should appear with the other Marquee tools, including the Elliptical Marquee tool.
