OK, I have a picture of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial (http://i103.photobucket.com/albums/m124/MrG72/The Wall/Wallpic.jpg) and I would like to highlight 3 names, one after the other, so I can add the pics to a movie I am making for my father. If I can animate it so it looks like they slowly fade to a brighter white, that would be ideal.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have absolutely no experience with Photoshop.
