I have mucked up my mens items and want to get them back. how.?

Hi all,
i was having great fun following a utube photoshop 'training' video, and i must have altered some settings.

my old selection tools menus would show options for Contiguous and other options, but now they appear as Icons.

how nac I get back to my prefered way of working.

This is controlled by Photoshop Settings/Preferences:




What you need to do is under the Worksapce > Condensed section Turn off the checkbox for "Enable Narrow Options Bar" and your desired look with text should come back after your restart Photoshop.

Photoshop has so many options, etc. that it is hard fro some to keep track of it all.
