i cannot get my actions to turn on. The play icon is grey.

I cannot get my actions to turn on. The play icon is grey. I was using it earlier in the day and worked fine. I did download a new action that I bought. Please help in simple directions. New to doing this.

There's not enough information here to offer much help. Be sure you have selected/highlighted an action and not an actions set (group).

A screen shot is worth a thousand words.
 
Thank you for responding. I am working today. So i will send a picture . It was working until i downloaded a new action. I have restarted my PS, i removed the acton and reloaded it. So frustrating. But i will take a photo this evening when i get home.
