I not how to rotate an image clock/counterclock...

But is there a way to rotate front to back?

or on the other axis...I am not sure how else to word this..

Not exactly Lanc...

For that you must simply use the Transform>Scale filter and reduce the height of your image. This produces the 'illusion' of front-to-back rotation.

Do you get what i mean here?

You could also try using the Transform>Skew tool for another look, but it might not work in certain situations...

clarification..

when I say front to back....I mean...

object's front left corner is pushed away from the "camera"

Is there a way to turn it so that is it straight and squared?

You might be better working with the perspective transform tool.

You will then need to select the image with the rectangle selection tool and cut, or copy the layer to achieve square edges.

Oooooooh! I think I'm dizzy.

I definitely do not care for the effect. I get motion sick just from watching somebody play a first person shooter like Doom... }P
