Random I am a noob !!!

Hi there guys

Can any GURU help my to zoom into the clock to see the millage on this vehicle clearer ? The picture get quite pixilated when zoom in , and I am to stupid to get it clearer . I know the quality of the camera is key , but if someone can help me , it would be much apreciated . I really hope that we can smooth it to some extent to make out the numbers on the millage .

Any help would be much apreciated .
