Hello,
I want to change the color on a a selected parts of an image. I then do the following.
1. I add a hue/saturation adjustment layer.
2. I adjust the hue and saturation to my liking for the areas I need changed.
3. Then I erase the layermask from the parts of the image that are not supposed to be changed.
BUT: Even though I erase the parts of the layermask, the below layer is still affected.
How do I solve this?
In the first file all is ok.

In this second file I have added the adjustment layer, made the green piece of sign (middle to the right) blue, and then erased the rest of the layermask.
In the third image you can see the very small area which is still white in the layermask.

As you can see there is a significant difference on the color of the entire image, even though it is supposed to only be applied to that small area.
