Hey Levi, I'll be honest with you, this will be a fairly serious undertaking in Photoshop! What is your level of experience with Photoshop?

Not that it can't be done in Photoshop, but you would probably do better with Auto Cad for stuff like this.

Well, I am familiar with all of the tools, and I can do basic designing. I took a class on auto cad a few years ago, although I don't own it.

There are other 3D design programs that will work as well.

But if your interested in trying something like this in Photoshop, you would need to start with learning how to create basic 3D shapes or what's sometimes called fake 3D (not the 3D engine).

Blender is free C4D is my program of choice this example could be done in any 3d program really as it is all based of 1 primitive shape the only thing that may not be a primitive shape as such is possibly the ground which is an edited plain but can be made with a cube and some extrusions

Not everything can be done or designed in Photoshop.
