Hi - Could anyone help in how I could replicate this effect seen here on these stars? I guess it's some sort of sketch/patchwork type overlay?

Hi amb3rsil, of course there are many options here but I'm guessing this is a Star Brush(s) from a set somewhere or a couple of custom made brushes. Both the larger and smaller stars have different colors but repeating patterns.

Your choices here might be to look and see if you can find the set or to make the brushes on your own.
If you want to try and make them, let me know and I will try and make you a tutorial.
