Hello, will you please let know how to make a building bigger, here is the example. Thanks for your help. Always appreciatted.

Ok,

Make a selection to the whole building.
Use Cmd/Cntrl + J to copy the selected building to it's own layer. Name it "new building".
It will look like this with the BG turned off.

With the BG turned back on.
Highlight the "new building" layer.

Enter the free transform function (Cmd/Cntrl + T)
Then stretch the building upwards.

Right click and then choose "perspective"

Hold the shift key, click and move one of the top corner handles towards the center.

Click OK or hit enter to accept the changes.

No problem Sam.
Your method is way better because there's no distortion of the horizontal lines caused by the warp tool.
Sometimes there's no need to make it more complicated then it is...
