How to replicate this effect?

Hi there,

I really like this watermark effect. How do I replicate this effect? Any help would be great. I have been trying for while and I can't figure it out.

Just type or make your logo as normal

right click the layer and select blending options

add a drop shadow and play with settings until you like it

then adjust the text layer or logo layer fill amount to 0 %

Note if you adjust the opacity this will not work you need to reduce the fill

You can also make a brush with it....can make a different look to it..
