Hey everyone...

Could someone / some of you gurus.. help me recreate this effect..
I cant understand how its made, i thought "aha.. wind effect" but it aint hehe..
Please help me understand it.. i realy cant and i would like to be able to make it
i like the looks of it..

Welcome to PsG!

It looks like itis a 3D render on top of some background that has received a blur>radial blur set to "zoom" setting.

It is also possible to vary the results with a copy, a Distort>Polar Coordinates set to "rectangular to polar"; Blur> Motion Blur; Distort>Polar Coordinates set to "polar to rectangullar"
