How to: Paint rims in photoshop

can someone post a link to how to paint rims in a car in a photo on photoshop and also do my. can someone paint just the centers of my rims leaving the lip polished a bronze gold and one a lime green, thanks!

Personally i would say yes if you got the roof rack and a little bit more aggressive tires, but as it sits... I dont know

my understanding in the UK Rims are the outside of the wheel which the tyre sits on so are you looking for a 2 x pictures 1 with green and another pic with gold and are you referring to colouring the whole alloys or just the rim part
