Hello! I wanna learn how to make a gif like this? Is there anyone to help me?

get/film the video-> open in PS-> edit frames in wanted manner-> save as .gif

also you can take pictures in continuous shooting mode with dslr

I am so sorry.. I guess I didn't make myself clear. I didn't mean make a gif but a gif like this.. I mean a black-white gif but only one colour is open.. anyway thanks for your answer.. It was my fault.
