how to make the background look like its down not standing up?

hi im trying to make a background look like its laying down on a table , and not standing up on a wall ,
im using cs6 how would i be able to do it ?
also i saw this background and i would like to know how to create such a background maybe any one can help me thanks

Try using the transform>perspective tool. Or you can use transform and hold ctl/cmd and pull out handles or try alt and move the handles around to see if it works.

As for the bg you want to reproduce, it is really hard, for me anyway, to see clearly what it entails. It looks like a water/sky but I'm not sure what you want to know how to do. The color? The blending? The blur?
