I have a picture from a book with some text. I want to change it a little bit. Text looks like this:

How can I make my text look like this one, old and scratchy.

Thank you for your help.

The attachments are way too small, do you have larger versions?
Which of the attachments is the old and scratchy one?

Long - is - avr

"Long - is - avr" look really different from this text, which I wrote by myself (Letters look like fresh ones).

Larger version - you mean more zoomed?

No, I can zoom, I mean a larger file size. The last one you added (1) is only 84px X 47px!

This is a file........

is this the kind of effect you want if so all I did was write text in arial font (pretty standard font) right click the text layer and rasterize it.

then went to filter > Distort > zig zag to remove crisp edges.

made a semi textured paper background (wrong colors I know) used the burn tool in random spots on bground and text flatten image

added a slight gaussian blur

then added some noise to the overal image.
