Yes I mean how to make the shape

Obviously you don't know much about Photoshop so I'll try to keep this simple.
Make a circle and fill it. Inside the circle select a smaller circle area and cut it out. Now you have a donut shape. Use the eraser
to remove the parts until you get the shape you want.

Just to add to Hawkeye's guidance..... Cut the donut as if dividing into an equal sized 8-piece pizza. Take away 6 pieces - there's your shape like in your sample to move apart a bit and positioned.
