how to make it more convincing?

I want to add skin that will look like his face on that big balloon on his head.
I want to make it look real.
any suggestions how?

Here is an a clue ...
i was on rush so it's not so precise.
1. I color matched the images
2. I use a layer mask to blend the wrinkles & the veins.
3. Some brush to equal the skin tones

U can add skin pattern from his face using clone stamp, or a pattern brush & some little hair like the beard on the top of the head


My conclusion is do not think so much ...cause your forehead is gonna wrinkle
