How to make draw an explosion?

Hi.I am a new member.I'm from Vietnam.I know the basics how to use Photoshop CS3.Currently, I'm combining Flash and Photoshop, but to do a little game.But I do not know how to draw an explosion (fireball) flame, plasma, what happens after the explosion, such as smoke, ...all seen from above.Can someone help me?

i am a beginner and i try it with some hint keys which i have found in you tube video but i seen as artificial and if you find the right hint please tell me to.

I tried doing an explosion effect way back then with the CS3 and it was a pain in the ***. You're much better off creating the explosion then saving each image of movement then using flash you can upload the images one frame at a time. If i remember correctly isn't there a way you can just put 2 similar images that have "translated (moved)" and flash will then program a way it moved by itself?
