What to start from?
Are these letters handwritten? I only know photoshop but it was made probably with illustrator and after effects, please help me

I wouldn't know what program he used .

But he definitely did all that by hand and on a tablet.

He probably used Screen Recording Software and edited the recording to speed things up and delete unwanted sections.
