How to make a Sash?

First, what is the correct term from what i'm trying to make. I want to make a "sash" or a ribbon that has words inside. Here is an example; Love kills slowly image by angel_12_07960 on Photobucket

What is the technical term for this and how are they made? is there a brush set? Are there PSD files I can use?
