How to make a dashed line with rounded corners?

I purchased the above image for use in a logo. What I'm trying to do is make a "stitched line" come out of this heart and curve around my company name. I have been able to get a dashed line in Photoshop, but if I look closely at this image, the dashes have rounded edges. I can't for the life of me figure out how to get the edges rounded. Also, when I get the dotted line, it's very blurry looking and not sharp. Here's the link to this pic in case you can't see the rounded detail that I'm referring to. Can someone tell me how to do this? Thanks!

Use the link Matt has posted and grab that brush, then using the pen tool create a Path and then use 'stroke Path' to complete the line going around your lettering etc.

Draw a little rectangle, fill it and make it a brush. In the brush engine set the spacing to give you a dashed line, and under shape dynamics set angle jitter to direction. Now draw the heart with the pen tool and stroke with that brush.

The second page of this TUTORIAL describes how to make a rounded dash just as Hawkeye stated.

I forgot to add, if your running Ps CS6, then this TUTORIAL will help.
