Hello,

Please Help me out with this,

How to make a cdr image transparent?
i just want to remove the background of it.

Appreciate your help

Thanks in advance

cdr... do you mean Corel Draw?

In PS, convert the flattened image to an editable layer (double click layer and follow prompts).

Isolate the object with Pen tool or whatever selection tool you can use.

Inverse the selection, feather the selection by 1 or 2 pixels and delete the rest of the image.

You might also need to apply use defringe (MENU>LAYER>DEFRINGE) set at 1 or 2 pixels to lessen/remove unwanted remains of the background.

Save as a transparent background gif or png. You may need to click the Preserve transparency option.
