How to keep RGB mode effects when converting to CMYK

Is there a way to keep the visual effects of the RGB modes like, multiply, screen, etc. when converting the file to CMYK. All of my images get muddy and I loose the bright colors when converting to CMYK. I know there are colors that a printer can print, but my CMYK files loose their bright colors when converting to CMYK for printers...

RGB files

When you work in RGB mode the color spectrum is vastly larger, far more expanded than in CMYK. CMYK cannot deal with lime greens, hot pinks, flourescent oranges and bright teals. It's not going to happen in CMYK. So the best solution is while you are working in RGB do a command Y to see how that color will look in CMYK. Try to adjust on CMYK to get near the desired color. It's very frustrating after looking at the cool colors on an RGB monitor. You can also ask the printing company to add a spot color to boost the saturation on specific colors. Alway engage in a specific dialogue with your printers. Everybody will be much happier.
As for your modes they shouldn't change from RGB to CMYK as far as the effects. The colors will change accordingly to the assigned mode.
Good luck!
