clearly this guy is using the same filters at most of his pictures (mostly for outdoor), does anybody have an idea how he gets this look?

This is down to excellent photography with outstanding lighting technique, also looks alike a very slight diffusion on the the images as well. Colours looks ever so slightly desaturated too.

Could be a little bit of post production bleach bypass effect as well. But the photography and the lighting is key.

You can get the same result by using the deNoice topaz filter. Look at the difference before than after.
