How to get same effects/filter like those photos?

I have taken a bunch of photos in the club and I want to those picture to look like those photo below also is that a filter or actions to get that color in theirs photo?

Most are in the camera, but you could achieve with plugs from Topaz for instance, some of the effects can be recreated in Photoshop also.
