How to get a clean type text?

Hello everyone I am very new to photoshop, so please forgive me if my question doesn't make sense. I have seen some design of text that is very clean but for some reason, my text has some kind of feather on it. I have tried to change different properties of the text but it doesn't work. Please check the image in the attachment:

As you can see in the image, the first button, the text is very clean (got it from a website) compared to the second one.

Thank you.

It's a drop shadow.

In your PSD file, double-click your "button" layer on the layers palette, and look at all the layer styles options. You should see 'drop shadow' checked.

Click to un-check it, and that shadow should disappear.

Thanks for the reply. I set the drop shadow on the button but I did not set any shadow on the word "Reply". I just want the word "Reply" in the second button look the same with the word "Reply" in the first button.

Sorry for not making it clear.
