How To export any transparent PNG Images On T-SHIRT

Could anyone enlightened me on how to do this process?

I need to know how they export a transparent PNG such that they can get it made into a real T-shirt, not how to use Photoshop to put it onto an image of a T-shirt.

Greatly appreciated if someone could explain how to do this process.
