Hi. I have this picture, low resolution, which I like to enlarge it to print it on a t shirt, maybe to a 11 x 11. When I try the Image Size and increase its dimensions, the outlines (blacks) get choppy. Is there a way around this problem?

Thanks
Omid

the best solution would be to trace the drawing with the pen tool and create vector shapes.
then enlarge

enlarging pixels is whats making your image pixalated.
you wont have this problem with vectors.

If you have Illustrator there is a trace feature
that will turn your pixel images into vectors.
for something simple like this it would do a good job.

Thanks everyone. Yeah I guess I need to learn about pens/paths. I am looking for good tutorials. any recommendations?

There are absolutely loads on YouTube, if you put in the search what version of photoshop you have, you will get a tutorial relevant to you.
