Was going to put a video together but thought you may be better of with the .psd file of how I made this:

This is how I have done it, the standard page curl effect method didn't work to well with the circle but this maybe easier for you. Will take about 2 minutes to do. Take a look and ask me any questions you may have.

Looks good but maybe open the curl up a little using the other points on the warp tool. This looks a little too pointy and slightly unnatural. Great first go though

A shadow really helps give the sense of realism also, good effort though.
