Hey hey, I am new to photoshop and have been messing around with it. I have grown to love the work of Brian Niven and I was curious how he gets that Norman Rockwell-esque look to his stuff. My buddy said that he uses a 3d texture program? Is that true? If so, what programs are good? His stuff is amazing if you haven't checked it out. You can see his site and bryanniven.com
